Congratulations to our Holiday Card winners! We will release each design separately over the next couple of weeks. We are proud of our students and amazed at their talent. Thank you art teachers for cultivating that talent. Winners, their art teacher, and principal all received blank cards to share. The LCSD Board of Trustees and Board attorney received a set of blank cards. Cards signed by Dr. Fitzpatrick were sent to our partners.
OSPREY VILLAGE Raffle Fundraiser
The STEAM Team and WE the People Clubs are excited to join forces in hosting a raffle
fundraiser to support the construction journey of Osprey Village, a community project aimed at creating a sustainable and inclusive living environment for adults with disabilities. The raffle will feature five gift baskets, each awarded to a lucky winner. These baskets include Starbucks coffee cups and packages, Redstone movie theater gift cards, and other exciting items. Raffle tickets are available on GOFAN at $10.00 for 3 tickets or at the school. All proceeds from the raffle will go directly to advancing the Osprey Village mission. DUAL ENROLLMENT STUDENTS- We have several students who have registered to take spring DE courses, but have not sent in a PDF of their concise schedule and/or have not sent the Student Disclaimer that goes with it. Please get these to your ILHS counselor ASAP. Also remember, it is CRUCIAL that you tell us if you drop or add a class. If you drop a class, you may need to audit a course at ILHS for the rest of the semester. Athletes need to watch how many credits they are earning to stay eligible to play. Students in general need to watch how many credits they have to stay considered an ILHS student.

The ILHS School Counseling Services has scheduled an informative Special Programs Night on Monday, December 2 from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm. Guest attendees will be available to speak with you about some of the essential programs available to ILHS students which include: Individual Education Plans (IEPs), 504 Plans, the Multilingual Learner Program, Homebound Opportunities, Proximity Learning, Adult Education, and the Accelerated/Alternative Program, etc.
