ILHS finished third overall with a score of 1580 points at the 4th Brigade Best of the Best Archery Competition held in Charlotte, NC on 24 Feb 2024.

during the 4th Brigade Best of the Best Archery Competition held in Charlotte, NC on 24 Feb 2024.  There were Twenty Schools represented, with a total of Twenty-Seven teams and ILHS finished Third overall with a score of 1580 points.
This weekend Indian Land Track & Field will participate in a pre-season meet with 11 other schools in our area. This Saturday 9:00am at Rock Hill High School will host Y.C. WINBORN INVITATIONAL. Our student athletes have been working extremely hard these last three weeks. This event will be an all day event, so no pressure on being there at the start time. Some of the featured trailblazers will consist of John Jacob Clinton, the namesake of Clinton Elementary School, and Aaron R. Rucker for A.R. Rucker Middle School. This project was created by the Lancaster County Black Heritage Committee in 1985. The Lancaster community is invited to view this exhibit in the ILHS auxiliary gym. 13 students represented ILHS at the Limestone Band Clinic last Thursday and Friday. Three of these kids earned first chair in their section. The students worked hard, learned a great deal, and are continuing to build lasting relationships.

Off-season workouts start on January 29th at 7:30 am. Workouts will be Monday through Thursday each week till May. We will have an interest meeting on Wednesday, January 24th at school to review expectations and goals. The meeting should last no more than 15 minutes.
